Dreams do come true. Imagine yourself hopping from one island to another to view the British Virgin Island, Nature’s Little Secret on a crewed charter yacht. Below is an example of a tentative itinerary.
Day 1: NORMAN ISLAND
Your vacation will typically start at Norman Island, which offers one of the best snorkeling of the BVIs at the Caves and the Indians. Your captain will anchor the yacht for the night in a calm anchorage. Enjoy sundowners and appetizers while watching a beautiful sunset or go to shore and hike the hills where you can see endless blue skies and seas.
Day 2: Deadman’s Bay, Peter Island, British Virgin Islands
Experience the magic of the British Virgin Islands by relaxing on your private yacht at Deadman’s Bay. The water is crystal clear and the beach is unimaginably blissful. What you can be sure of is endless skies, warm water and unbelievable moment of relaxation. Do you want to be on the move? Just explore the hills of Peter Island. The view will take your breath away or relax at the local beach bar of the Peter Island Resort. Don’t forget to visit their beautiful boutique ashore.
Day 3: Cooper Island
Cooper Island is 45 minutes to an hour sail from Peter Island. This island is a little gem. If the weather permits, it is a great anchorage to moor for the night. You will find a nice Boutique, a great restaurant and an amazing rum bar. If you had planned to eat out one night onshore, this is a great choice. The view is also gorgeous. Remember, it you decide to eat on shore, it is at your own expense. If you stop at Cooper Island, take the time to go snorkeling. This is where you may see some turtles.
Day 4: The Baths, Virgin Gorda
Day 5: Anegada
One of the highlights of the BVI is “The Baths” located on the island of Virgin Gorda, one of the most beautiful islands of the BVI. You will discover sandy beaches, volcanic boulders, great snorkeling at Devil’s Bay and much more. These huge rocks were formed
After another scrumptious breakfast, if weather permits, the crew will take you to Anegada. It lies approximately 15 miles north of Virgin Gorda. There are two beautiful beaches on the island, Cow Wreck Bay and Loblolly Beach where you can enjoy incredible snorkeling. Anegada at night is just magical! Day 6: Jost Van Dyke
This is where the famous Foxy’s restaurant and bar is located where you can enjoy great music and dancing. Jost Van Dyke is also a great place for hiking for the athletic group.
White Bay has many local bars including the famous Soggy Dollar Bar. Their claim to fame is having invented the painkiller cocktail. Swim from the boat to the bar for a drink or two and enjoy the sandy beach with its pristine water.
Normally the crew will move the boat to Great Harbour for the night where you’ll enjoy a wonderful dinner onboard.
Day 7 & 8: Cane Garden Bay or Saint Thomas
Cane Garden Bay is a colorful Bay with a beautiful beach and lots of local bars ashore. Quito, a well-known local singer, is great for night time fun. The next morning on day 8, your captain will take you to your departure location.
